Delivery

At this time we only deliver online orders to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Rates

Due to the nature of the products we sell (all different sizes and weights), our delivery rates are based on the type of product(s) you purchase. we currently have the following shipping rates:

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened with their seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept any item which has been used or not in the same purchased condition – a refund / exchange will unfortunately be denied.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@playawaydays.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item when it is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will be able to assist you. We will offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s for inspection. If we are satisfied that the goods were faulty on delivery to you we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them including the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke products (unless faulty).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
